Hmmm.. well it's difficult to describe the pain of it, it's not "a pinch" as some people say, but it isn't terrible either. It's more of a shocking pain that lasts a few seconds then numbs, like when you stub your toe (but sharp, not blunt).

Ask your piercer to numb your ear and then you probably won't feel it.

If you get any kind of anaesthetic then it takes a lot longer to heal, it's best just to bear the tiny amount of pain.

Hahahaha no, page 2 of this thread I put pictures of my flesh plug/flesh tunnel. Fleshlights are such a brilliant invention though, absolutely hilarious.

OMG im getting one when im older. My uncle has one and i think its soooo cool but i hate those mega huuuuge ones! but they look painful
