If you don't know where they're from, I'd strongly suggest you do not spend them - instead I would email into Habbo and ask where they are from etc, because if they were bought from a stolen credit card there's a chance you could get a perm ban for credit card fraud.

As heather said, email habbo, they will be morons if you werent meant to get them and you spend them.
