Its the Sky Blue Dragon it was ment to be in the cat on the 19th but wasen't if it isint that it will be something like laser gate or mount dew machine

That doesn't really mean anything. On the Habbo T-Shirt banner, there is a DJ Deck, so I can assume that, because of the amount of DJ Decks in the Hotel, that it maybe released.

I think the rares have been going down hill recently, they are just the same rares but in different colours.
