I meant when you code it, the fonts, text boxes etc. wont be coded properly like that..

I dont get you? If the person codeing it sucks then maybe it wont look like that? if the person doesnt suck at webdesign, then it would look pretty much like that, althogh centered and with a page spanning background "/
With decent use of css it should actaly be quite an easy job "/
