    Well, first off, AI is pretty much out of the question for gay male parents, they can adopt though.

    I suppose the women have more freedom in this area. They can either have AI done or they can adopt.

    Gay men can donate sperm to have their own children if you think about it?

    Only one of the men could be the childs biological father however.

    I was referring to AI in general. AI as you well know means Aritificial Insemination. Gay males cannot be aritificially inseminated, lol. Well, not yet anyway.

    The procedure you're describing is a bit more complex which requires a willing female to help in the process.
