Again, this doesn't really help does it?!

You could start by pointing out things that could be improved on, and in the end, it's not your decision if it gets moved.

I know it's not mine either, but if it's here, the least you could do is maybe give some sort of advice.

i agree...damn xero, most of your stuff isnt even in elite. id be ****ed.
