Well, I try not get angry, but on rare occasions when I do get angry, I analyze the situation, and usually try and see how it can be fixed. I find that people who express their anger through physical means are too weak to hold anger in their minds.

During anger, the brain becomes confused and cannot reason properly, so people usually start pointing fingers and throwing fists. It's amusing to watch, lol.
