Police chase...

I think Middlesbrough is one of the roughest places in England.

Short list of things that have happened recently:
Vandams [Gang], take teenager to hills and shoot his kneecaps.
Police chasing two 15 year olds on a motorbike.
Shop robbed by two masked men with a pistol and a machete [however you spell it]
Vandams do a drive-by shooting onto another local gang, The M.A.D Dogs.

Not exactly a place where you would class your self as safe, in my opinion.
Ive been mugged and chased.

Only sort of thing I've seen with police in action was this bloke running up the road with a plastic bag in his hand and the policeman was chasing him, he was shouting stuff like "Oi!", "Stop that man!" and eventually this random bloke stuck his foot out and he tripped the bloke up, then the policeman dived on his back and cuffed him up.

Yeah, it was cool! ;]

When I was in Oldham some van backed into a car, made it hit two other cars, all three cars were completely wrecked..
