I was playing Tennis with my mate for over an hour earlier and as soon as I got back into my house I could barely see as my vision went blurred for around half an hour, i've not got a blistering headache and i'm feeling sick. I hate heat stroke.

In Sunderland it's absoloutly scorching. When we went to the beach today you couldn't get moved it was that busy with people. It was fab though cos we could go in the sea and dry straight away. Sunbathed on the sand and am VERY burnt. It was really good though. Honestly i've got sun stroke and it's just spitting on to rain now.
