Its actually called a bleep test, Before I joined up I used to be habbox staff, and held a fair few jobs, radio DJ, HxHd so hello to anyone that remembers me.
I eventually managed to acheive 14 on the bleep test, after continuos bleep tests at 5am every morning for 2 weeks with the army. I once completed a whole test but that was due to them not actually putting the 20m distance it was more like 15. You should try the press up bleep test thats pretty intense to.

I dunno last time i did it i got 10 but that was a while ago... I think my friend completed or nearly completed it

In year 6 I got 8, in year 9 I got 11, in year 10 I got 10.8. The year 9 and 10 was with smokers lungs, too
