Not really, 180 is a tad too dangerous, and would need to be about 550ft.
The +Gs will be fairly high.
Coaster designers like to work their way up- slowly! :p
And the video, was taking when it first tested. They have to get the speed just right.

Also jack, they have computer designers designing the rides, so they now how fast they'll go before. Otherwise if they set it all up. And it doesn't go fast enough, they'll have to lower it. You can't changed the speed of any ride, unless you push it down x]
