I had one sofa which i paid a throne for, but when they got released i managed to quickly sell it for 10 hc's, so i only lost about 18 hc which idc about.

Ty, I was trying to think at what time they will be released each year

Still i think they would earn more money by leaving them in the catalogue, but with the price for the sofa as high as it is, I can expect them to be seasonal

Saying all this they may gradually add more furni to the section like they did with sports. It's possibe they'd add the deak set and chairs wich were posed in scripted section(not really scripted).

It wouldn't surprise me if they were norms and then some annoying new Hotel Manager came along and made them seasonal =/.
