Dont get a flash layout - Its not search engine friendly and its hard to edit. You'll never get in the search engines unless you know alot about it..

I hate flash websites though.

Make your own, learn HTML/PHP/CSS, you can learn the basics in a few hours. CSS is great, cleans up HTML. Write in xhtml too.

I don't know much PHP, but i guess it isn't too hard.

Im not great with designing layout, ive tried many times just seem to all fall apart and go wrong. Just i think the flash layout make it abit more catchy and more exciting maybe but as i say thats my opinion. So evan if your not the biggest fan of the flash please post your favorite because it helps me alot in which one is most favorite.
