    I believe it's BMI ? Im 16, and im 7'9lb And im like 5'4/5 ;S Is that good or bad..?

    Some things dont come instant, keep up the excerise. Just dont resort to starving yourself or worse.

    You should consult your doctor before going on a diet esp. because you have diebetes. If your the second type Low-GI is good. But I'd see the doc and ask first

    Lemme put that in perspective
    My 5'6" female dancer friend weighs 9 st.

    Your easily a fine weight. I'm personaly 5'9"/10 and i weigh close to 13st, but i am male so it may not be easy to put that into perspecitve as a female.

    Oh and btw, most people have a little stomach, unless they work hardat it, which in the end isnt worth it.
    But if it is bothering you i suggest some sit ups when you wake up, maybe 20 every day for about a month, and watch what you eat, it should add up to loosing what little stomach you probably have
