I think a lot of teenagers say they're in love when they're going out with someone just for the sake of it. Plus, a lot of people confuse lust with love.

it makes me laugh a teenager can get in a relationship and within hours your tossing around the word "love".

People use that word like it's nothing?

People can go through their whole life and not find love, and your sitting there saying "oh we're in love" love is pensioners who are on their ruby annerversary [sp?].

Love barely ever happens in your teenage years, there's like, fancy, adore etc... just barely ever love

I think thats right, although I think most people posting here are telling the truth.

I love someone, and (most of the time) I think she loves me too. We have a very strange relationship where we both know we love each other and sometimes are really passionate about each other but coz of our "friends" and our situation, we're not actually going out.

When she loves me back it's such a happy feeling, but when she doesn't it's really frustrating.

Yeah teenagers who do that are idiots. In my case I've known this girl for 5 years, fancied her for a while (a few months) and now we've left school it has turned to love. People who meet someone in a club and 3 days later are going "oh I love him so much" are idiots. It's always girls too. Well, quite oiften girls. Putting it in their MSN names etc.
