if s/he has a dynamic ip and there is no way possible of banning him/her, if she/he keeps comin bak with a diffrent ip each time then you're gunna have to change the forum to a difrent place

I know this might just be more than a simple spammer: what im trying to say is that if hes got a dynamic i.p that means he can go to sonicmouse levels and that habbo cannot i.p ban him imagine another sonicmouse *shurdders* this might need to be taken up to sulake!! Also I think they should make a internet law to ban dynamic i.p adresses
