If you mean the text, thats beause photoshop doesnt like Arial too much

Hmm dont you get differant arial fonts? On most fonts you get one for photoshop so its the same quality as other programs.

Sadly, not my type of layout that i would personallally (sp?! tired ;[) use. however i do lke dark layouts. if you get what i mean?

however i would say about 8/10 as its nicely set out.
