I expressed my concerns about the new system where they don't ban anyone.. Even for racist comments :| I get this reply

"So all the extremely major cases have to be ignored? So if someone has been scammed, you just turn your noses up?"

Can't they take their own advise and IGNORE the minor CFHs?

I feel like emailing them saying "I know a good idea, scrap the Moderator program like you did with Hobbas. You will probably save thousands of pounds a year by doing this. Imagine all the things you can do!

I Hope Sulake have decreased the MOD's pay if all they are going to say is "Click Ignore". Or Infact, Why Don't they get them replaced by Computers, Might be cheaper.

You only get banned for it if it was serious or you get caught. Otherwise, most MODs are too lazy to check the logs.

The only MOD that has bothered to check the logs with this new stupid ignore system is MOD-Alpha and MOD-Pants.

You'll find that all mods check the logs for the new system. As said already in 3 of the posts made by me and again by Heidi in your email, you are alerted and then they are still checked.

If it happens to be in a one off you were alerted and the person reading the log didnt see the remark then it happens. Everyone misreads or overlooks text when reading them. Until you actually have moderated the Hotel you can not know whether mods are laze or whether they do nothing but say click ignore.

Its your own choice that you ignore or dismiss comments in here from people saying they have been banned, from moderators and from the community manager.
