I only said £20 because I thought he was the owner of habboparadise.com and if he could improve it I thought it would be impressive, like the habboparadise layout.

What I'm asking now is, exactly what else does it require? I really can't see anything in it myself, apart, obviously, from filling in the boxes.

As far as I'm concerned you can't sell a layout without a navigation and some other content as such.

If you bothered to look, you'll see it has navigation. I wasn't asking the value of the content, I'm asking the value of the layout itself, I've stated it's going to be fully coded, it's therefore clear that there will be content in each box.

Oh yeah, I just noticed the navigation. The tabs aren't very clear. Brighten them up a little.
