No. If so websites such as faceparty would be closed down.

Its not long before a habbo whos just signed up, that could be a pervert of some sort, hears about Habbox on the trading floor and visits and has a look around
Theres plenty of links to the forum on the homepage so its only a matter of time before he/she finds the forum and realises theres a pictures section. And the rest writes itself...

And if you only have it so that the account has a certain number of reasonable [not spam] posts & has brought vip i'm sure that'd take a while and its not as if they can track you down with a picture. ITS IMPOSSIBLE.
