When I go on buses when it slows down I always fall forward

does that have anything to do with it?

That happens to me too when I stand on buses. When the bus speeds up you start to move backwards a little but then it stops you start to move forward, weird.

It's because of the force of the bus moving that makes you step backwards and move forwards.
