Your marquee isn't centered and it isnt coded right i dont think??
Sorry for the put downs but those are just tips:
Use: GIF, PNG
Code in sections that way you can expand things
Center your marquee in that box

I had that layout made ages ago and back then I was a complete noob at photoshop n coudn't work it at all lol and I didn't know how to save things as different formats - well to b honest i never tried!

Oh well.. it makes the quality of the images awful.. BMP was windows 3.1 days..
