I was one of three put in by my school, with 7, 8, 7 (English, Maths, Science respectively) SATs results. Membership has just been renewed in college after our GCSEs had been studied (and there is like 20-25 of us).

That's really unlucky Alex. But can someone explain what CATs are? :s

It's there to give G&T youth extra "challenges", to "push them on", and "encourage them to dig deeper". It's there to give them things "outside the box" to do... and it sounds good. :rolleyes:

Yehh i made a thread on Nagty aswell! I find it so discriminating.
Nearly all of set one english are in it, and i could be in it, excpet ohhh i got moved down for being dyslexic

Don't worry about it, just work hard towards GCSE's and you might be accepted later on :p

i dont do anything with nagty but its a good thing to have on CV

they had it at my school and it was just full of geeks and weirdo's, i don't think your missing out too much.

but couple months back this fat woman who is in charge of that sorta stuff at my school asked me to go see her.
she was like this is the criteria 4 nagty in the yellis tests
u got in cos u got extremely high visual or somin.
then she said they dont let u in on this any more. so if u tried to enter now u wudnt get in cos u other scores are lower.

so i was like ok.... youre telling me this because???
