    It is 'illegal' if you offer to buy credits for other, it clearly states in the Terms and Conditions that you must not " Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods".. You can e-mail Habbo by clicking HERE however there isn't much they can/will do as you are clearly in the wrong.
