Also how do you use the Habbo Tv type thing where you watch whats going on wirhout being in room...?
I've been on nl and fi and cant see it anywhere... also can you use it for both Guest rooms and public rooms? (please say yes)

Yes you can click the traffic light to be either red or green. The habbo TV only works when Habbo managment able it. So it will probably only be used for celebrity visits etc.
