That issue of the newletter was so old, it has been deleted. I have however, seen it before february.
The first one is from the newsie, you have just alterated the second one a tiny bit.

With regards to the newsie link, they archive those, but you won't find it again because it wasn't permanently added. You can, however, expect to see a competition with the AntiGrav characters soon enough.
