    XHTML is a better / neater version of HTML . . .
    To make habbo or an ismoetric chat in HTML alone is 100% impossible. For a start, wheres your database? Wanna make a HTML version of that too?

    £50 to start a new Habbo Hotel, called "Nabbo" is not enough. Do you really think Habbo spend less than £50 yearly on hosting? Do you really think that would cover even my site's hosting plan, for a Design Site?

    And report me! Im trying to save you the £50 that your going to waste

    Freewebs? They cant even host PHP, and for the last time, it cannot be made in HTML. The website can, although I would prefer XHTML and CSS, but you jsut cant.
