    I'll say it again clearer.

    1. Double Click On The Sound Icon In the system tray
    2. Press Options > Properties
    3. Click on the radio button which is under 'Adjust Volume Settings For:' next to recording.
    4. Tick the box next to Stereo Mix under 'Show These Volume Controls:'
    5. The main board that you opened in step one will change to recording settings, tick the select box and adjust the volume under Stereo Mix.
    6. Open up WinAmp, press in all of the settings, go to input and click Soundcard Input
    7. Open Skype and Call the co-DJ
    8. Start broadcasting.

    will do but i dont understand still, do i not just call the dj, what is up with this stuff with my sound settings

    That's how I got mine to work. It basically includes every sound on your computer.
