My parants buy me stuff to use, but they don't really work. I shower every day, but they still pop up.

I'm not sure weather it's because of what I eat, because I don't really eat during the day. I also only have vegetables when I have dinner or lunch, I hate fruit.

Toothpaste is supposed to work quite well although i have never tried it Johonsons spot cream ftw!

use cold water to rinse face before wash, then clean it with like proactive or something, then rinse with cold water and dry off your face then use those pad things then rinse face with hot water.

Sorry to tell you but that wont work most likely :] Personal hygiene is only a small factor for acne, its your hormones which causes your glands to go in override and produce too many oils soz.

You said that backwards, HEAT opens your pours which let's out the toxins and the bacteria.

So, facial steamer then use a spot wipe, then facial steamer again then rinse with cold water. this'll help your skin and possibly shed dead cells and remove the dirt. you can also get a little beauty tool thing that just pulls the blackheads off btw.

Or steam room. If you have one of those facial steam thingys, use that.
that's right too, sauna's and steam rooms help. As do facial steamers.

Using certain products actually make your skin greasy and don't often get rid of them. I'd reccomend just using warm water and possibly soap.

soap clogs your pores, and can actually add to the problems
just use a good clearasil wash, they're normally good.

If you are going to use a soap make sure it is antibacterial atleast, but if you have spots just go Doctors, so much easier then attempting the over the counter products which may work for a short period of time but gradually start to make your skin worse.
