The rumours of hobba's being kickable is wrong .... they kept the power of being unkickable, i have enough on my habbo lists and i have tried kicking several .... in short you CANNOT kick them! Well unless you are a Mod or Sulake staff!

If you cannot be kicked (e.g. Ex-Hobbas or VIPs) then literally no-one can kick you. Evolution had a VIP badge once in the reign of Callie and he was blocking in a game, but he was away.
Callie had to boot him off (disconnect him).eek.

I was a Hobba myself on the danish hotel, and I do have the Ex-Hobba badge, and Hobbas CAN get kicked - and they DO NOT have room-override.
People with unkickable status (VIP badge etc) CAN get kicked by MODERATOR kicks!
I HAD a VIP badge myself, so I know for sure!

VIPs can only be kicked by Moderators/Staff
And you all say he got banned for breaking the rules, none of us know that he actually broke a rule, maybe he asked for his account to be safety banned.
