More badges given away? Why can't they just make it a throne?
The contest isn't exactly fair anyway, well the recruitment wasn't. If anything it was highly amusing, especially the ending for El TeXus.

The winners were randomly selected, half of those who got picked were just based around reputation and few had any good replies to the questions asked. The other thing was the results being announced.

It basically went:
"Jaeh: We're going to randomly select the 2 final people"
"Yantie: Jaeh, has Sunday. been picked for the team"
"Jaeh: Wait for it..Sunday. is the final member!!"

El Tuxas were recruited on monday, and there was a party / Winners at 9pm.
And i was one of them .

Apprently lost_witness wasn't happy about giving 50 vip badges away to get in some rooms yet he spends over £250 on 5 sites?

well the evnt was ment to be at 6:30 so i think its a bit unfair they didnt actualt y chnage the time and make it on another day :rolleyes:

I do hope someone tells me the nominated users were chosen in events and voting, and not chosen by the X's themselfs.. right?

I assume all 5 teams did similar to what IDrew did, which was by running a game or event... which was fair. And you can't say "voting" is fair, lol. Most teams (I think) ran a game so they didn't have to "choose" people, and be faced with "put me in team, put me in team yuhyuh". :rolleyes:

Ah okies, its just it seems suspiciously fixed as alot of peoples mates are in their groups.

I think doing a Bobbaschi thing would have been more appropriate but hey its not the end of the world, just seems like another babyish pathetic event aimed at 13-14 year olds.

im thinking habbo has become too much of someones life here.. especially by making a one off website seems pretty pathetic too me

and if you look at the list of names in the 'X's' teams most of them are the friends of habbo X's and no random selection process seems to have taken place...... unfair? (but habbo has always been about corruption etc)

Well as I actually took part in them, I can tell you that ardl did games to select 8 then 2 random.
bigbutsound did a DYP for 8 and selected 2 random.
IDrew did the same.
causmo did a big game to select one and a quiz to select 7 then the other two won a prezzie trap.
Jeah did a 15 people at once interview about what kind of things the team would do and why they wanted to join.

Cant currently say but pretty sure ardl would know personally more than 2 in his team rather than 8 chosen randomly
