Ye I Voted America? Because like english are mostly big headed and ye i am english but were not Civillesd.. Were always moaning at one and other fighting etc & its weird
Normaly ppl moan bully etc. But then once at the football pitch for england they dnt pick on one and another but bk home they wud?

It pains me to say this, but probably France.

England is currently "World of Chavs" and full of hooligans.
America is quite similar to England, except.. with Gangsters, instead of Chavs.
Afghanistan & Pakistan ... Let's not go there.

My parents have a holiday house in France, and whenever I go there, the French are always polite. And I'm not exactly a French fan.
