Maybe so but so did you its not exactly your webdesign is it?
Where did you get those images from did you pay for them?
Its pretty good but the blue looks hideous over the image its too...sharp and different.

Ok thanks for CC the banner is habbox' ill tell my friend to stop ripping but what sorta background dya reckon id like a white to another colour fade because i need the white at top for the logo etc..
