He basically told jokes and made (in my opinion, inappropriate) comments about those killed by the Ipswich killer. I am not aware if that has anything to do with the ban though... but I think that is what is being referred to as "vile".

Thats disgusting, he should be slapped, really. How can anybody say that somebody deserves to die, for doing their job? (Its their way of getting money.)

We don't normally don't comment on why users are banned or why a ban is reversed, however we can say that we have discussed this issue, and decided that people are allowed to give their opinion, even if this is very shocking to most of us, as long as they don't directly offend or insult a member on this forum.
