    You need a life

Did you just organise it over MSN? Pay by PayPal, and not from a real company?
There is no case. Get a life

LuckyRare: £500 +, meaning MORE THAN. You can get crap representatives, or if you woudl choose to represent yourself, alot less.

Blad3r: I'm the immature one? Im not trying to sue someone for a £5 domain. I would be the one earning around £40 a hour in my spare time. And I'm immature? You called me 4, and then critised me?

Who is the domain registered to in the WHOIS? You could sue them, and if you won they would have to pay all your legal fees.

    Yes you are.

You said to him get a life... what, you think hes dead?

Time to grow up, stop with them stupid comments, it died ages ago with the 'mam' jokes... I wouldnt of called you 4 if you were not acting like one 'you need a life' seriously... so childish

P.S How is trying to sue somebody because they 'robbed' you out of a domain childish? Its his domain they owe him. If he wants to pay the legal fees, let him, no need for them childish comments was there..

Agreed. Also there is no reason why they should simply get away with it. Hmm, well paypal was used there is a scheme but I believe you have to make the claim in the first 45 days of the purchase. However you could always try that. You can make claims if you made the payments for items. If you provide proof etc. in a claim and tell paypal what happened they may refund you in some way. They'll basically just steal the money from them if they are found to be in the wrong.
I've done it one or two times to poor companies that didn't provide the service right and have got my money back 3/3 times.
