well gay people didn't cause STI/D's, think about it AIDS & HIV have been around ages, and i expect pretty much all the other STI/D's have too, but i can't say i'm too sure. straight people get all the same STI/D's that gay people can get.

If neither of the men has a STDs/STIs then they neither of them can get one from eachother.
