also youd most likly loose your entire, webdesign and graphics community in the process o.0
    Fair enough, what about this:

By registering on this forum you agree to transfer ownership but not liability of all content you produce to HabboxForum.com. Liability for offence caused by posts remains with the poster of the content.
And in reference to the coding being "ours" usually its already copyrighted on another website AND as a strictly ethical procedure we would not take that work or alterations but merely have the legal right should a problematic case arise. (Basically its a loophole to pretty much make us legally sound though there could be a loophole in my thinking :p)

Although that would protect you, it would still drive off most the creative community, and would not apply to already posted information, or members that had registered before its addition to the agreement, unless they were posked with a new agreement if they wanted to access the forum, one i at least would not agree to.

We would assure the "creative community" that we wouldn't steal their work, we would just be legally protected. And yes, you are correct but technically we could force members to reagree to this. Also I think it does say somewhere in the T&C that we have the right to change the T&C / Rules and they must follow it regardless.

(Btw, we aren't actually planning any of this, its more theoretical and the main reason Freak pointed it out was to basically point out to Craig that he could either make a fuss about it or be faced with that agreement.)
