I use it all the time, and whenever i clear it out, i get tons of PMs from people I added to ignore.

Well if I do add someone to it, like a month or so later I just clear my ignore list and never hear from that person(s) again. But there is one name that always stays on my ignore list, he is a mod in the runescape forum and his name starts with an s and ends in y. He will stay there forever.
