Lol by probe it would only take 20. which is nothing really. Nasa even planned to send a probe to pluto, untill of course they lost all there money that was funded because of the war.

Spaceships have accidents much more often than you think. And 20 years is still a lot. Id rather not spend a third of my life on a stupid spaceship, I already spend a third of it sleeping.

I think you make a valid point but your letting yourself down on delivering it tbh.

Further more, most mp's, world leaders etc.. don't look at the big picture. If you think about it the reason more isn't being done to tackle serious issues such as climate change etc.. is by the time they start to seriously affect us it is extremly likely the person/persons will be out of power or even dead and 'it will be someone elses problem'.

Not until the world is properly peaceful will they start spending money like that on space travel
