Yh they are hooked on smoking.
It is gruesome but it does get some faint message across

i think the nhs adverts on quiting smoking sometimes do take the imagery to far...

I first saw it on a huge billboard in Shepherds Bush...stomach turning. But it gets the message across well! ;p
