same where i live.
they stopped 2 kids at lunch time a few days ago to take their names and stuff but the kids just ran and the police didn't bother to go after them.
so it's probably an empty threat in our case.

It's not illegal though? As long as you're 5 years old you're allowed to drink alcohol. Just not buy it.
