    http://lj-hosting.com/ is that the site?

    Lol, cheap as chips!

Well, I doubt they have their own servers or databases, find out who hosts them and report them.

Best thing I can think of that isnt too much trouble.

Did a look up, I have sent some info.

If you bought hosting from such an unprofessional host you deserve it really.

I wouldnt go as far to say he deserves it! But he should have know more about the hosting.

    I use www.evohosting.co.uk

run by 18+s, good support and uptime is great. May be pricey, depends what you class pricey as, but as they say... you get what you pay for.

Your all so funny going Sue him apart from blob and luckyrare. I dont think any of you really understand. The only way to 'sue' the host would be to take them to a small claims court which would end up costing more than you would get. Just threaten them a bit, infact ive pmed you.

If you really want it done right. Its the principle of the matter. If you dont want to pay then dont complain. Nice scam btw.

Getting them sued would be no point. As I have said, contact the hosts host, who owns the servers, and get it back. You may be able to.

Under Contract LAw, you are entitled access to that domain name as it is registered to you.

IF you wish to file a complaint, traceroute his host and justify your claim with the whois report.

IF they still do nothing, get into contact with your local council, they will pass any relevant data on. ID advise you to threaten them with some LAw.

    'Access to Justice Act'
    'Police and Criminal Evidence Act'
    'Courts Act'

CBA to stream anymore off, A level Law Kills.
Pm me if you need helpw ith this, Im a host as well and id personally be angry at something like this.
