You don't eat too much at all. Assuming you don't eat between meals, you have a VERY good diet. Best idea is to eat a lot of healthy foods at meal times, and don't snack all the time.

just remember to follow a balanced diet everyday
i mean eat all kinds of stuff like Carbohydrates, proteins and stuff.

i think you don't eat that much at all! the foods which you are eating are much healthier than what I eat - e.g i hate brown bread + you are getting fruit etc.!
So don't compare yourself to what other people eat because everyone has different needs and faster metabolisms! =) hope this helps :eusa_danc

To be honest I eat way more than that, and I have more chocolate in my diet than you probably do. However I exercise regularly(like every day) and keep my fitness up.
It doesn't matter how much you eat as long as you exercise enough to not be fat/turn it into muscle. If however you are eating loads and getting really fat, either exercise more regularly or stop eating as much.
