Mine was bad, but not because I had a fight with 5 toddlers trying to steal my fisher price phone. (You can tell I am not awfully happy).

You can get them done for assult if they had knives and a gun (loaded or not), but that sounds like a bad day.

No I was just wondering cos what you said was right about pointing an unloaded gun at someone would qualify as assault Unless the person knew the gun was unloaded then it wouldn't be assault because they wouldn't fear immediate unlawful force as they can't be shot with an unloaded gun :p
