When I joined they didn't have a problem banning people who where swearing/flooding.

Well you probally never joined when the IGNORE tool was introduced, if your that dumb then click a person flooding/Swearing and press IGNORE and it's no longer your problem, okay?

Surely if they can waste time alerting us to use the ignore tool they should just ban the swearer instead though? it would take a little longer to do the ban but if 5 people reported the offender it would be quicker to ban them? common sense if you ask me but thats just my under valued opinion

can you not tell sarcastic comments from proper questions? he does have a point, as not much moderating really gets done these days. copying and pasting a lecture about "making the evil text disappear muahahaha" doesn't quite count...
