That's what I'm doing with fishing, getting a few exp away from 99 fishing, then cooking all my monkfish 'til i get a few exp away from 99 cooking, then going somewhere to get both at the same time.
And yes, fletching is easy, it's the second easiest in the game (first being cooking)
