They Bring them out Because they know people are going to buy them anyway. Like the Aqua Icm they sold them and its a Re-color and they hardly go with anything.

I'm probably voting for the petal patch because it's a traditional spring rare and also a rather good one at that.. It'd be a shame for greedy *******s to start moaning about their precious value.
