    I didn't say that, I said that the Database itself isn't specific to contact details... as it suggests in the earlier link.

    When you get perm banned on habbo, its not actually a perm, it lasts until like 2017 or something.

    I think luckyrare is right, although there are ways around that. We need to keep the account banned for moderation reasons, so therefore the data is still serving a purpose.

    Yes, I am pretty sure you will still need to remove the email and dob unless you intend on using that information. I dont know the act inside out but I am pretty sure after so long (if the data hasnt been used) then it has to be deleted.

    No but they would if they got hacked and 26,915 teenagers/childrens emails got taken.

    They dont seem to care when Habbo gets hacked and information such as mobile numbers are given out, so i doubt it very much.

    Perm means perm so what if your good on another account, it doesn't clear the fact that you must have broken the rules on the banned account.
