All im saying is Jordy.
Hacking someone shows you havent got much better to do. And to be honest then you should realise your not going to pass the part of the criteria:
- Must know the Habbo Way forwards and backwards
"..."
It will be full of staff + popular people if you get me anyways
I think the whole safety x thing is a joke.
Most Habbos will turn up hoping to win a prize and not learning about pc safety. Habbo are better off writing an article tbh, and depending what room it is in, a limited number people can 'learn' about being safe anyway.

Like the countless articles that they have wrote about scamming and keyloggers? Not everyone reads them.
The whole point in us running these sessions isnt to give out prizes. Its to teach people a wee bit about safety, in the hope that some of them go and download anti-virus softwear, or go out and buy some. Even if 1 person learns what to do in the sessions, i would say that it is a success.
Golden oldie.
More people are likely to learn about it from a article on the Habbohotel homepage then a safety session with a room limit.. and you could just use google to search for anti-virus software, so I honestly don't see the point in Safety X sessions at all.
less people attend the safety sessions then people who read the articles.. as explained above. ^^Originally Posted by Aitken

I see your point, but that was what the newsie was good for... it had links to different parts of the site.Like the countless articles that they have wrote about scamming and keyloggers? Not everyone reads them.

Habbo just need to make an article, and make a prize answering safety questions. No offence, but the small amount of people who will goto the room will go hoping to win a prize, or see a staff member. I doubt many people will go so they can specifically learn about safety.

Yes, in some cases i agree with you. We have to remember that habbo has an in-game element as well. Some people dont like reading through these articles. And judging by the numbers that turned up to it, it does look like alot of people didnt know about how to keep there computer safe.More people are likely to learn about it from a article on the Habbohotel homepage then a safety session with a room limit.. and you could just use google to search for anti-virus software, so I honestly don't see the point in Safety X sessions at all.

And as you know about safety Tjam, thats why you didnt turn up.
Yeah the newsies where great for that! Thats why i never really understood why they got rid of them.I see your point, but that was what the newsie was good for... it had links to different parts of the site.

The safety sessions are not here to give out super rares or anything like that. I decided that i would give people who where listening to the session a prize out of my own collection. And they where asked a question that we had been talking about.
And as i said, if 1 person lernt from it. Im happy.

but by simply searching ''anti virus'' click the first few things there is, there you have it - you have a anti virus software! or you could wait until tuesday to ask a Safety X who will not know as much as the website has information wise. and plus, will not be as reliable of a source then the information articles and pages on there anti virus software support site.Originally Posted by Aitken
