I prefer carpet except not in kitchen or bathroom. We have woodfloor in our living room and it looks nice but in the winter it's soooo cold

Laminate flooring all the way. Looks so hawt, but I do love the feel of a nice carpet!

i used to prefer laminate, but now i'm into carpet (which is unfortunate, as my room is the only one in the house without carpet). i prefer tiles in kitchen/bathroom as well.

Really depends on where, but mostly its carpet since its warmer and more comfy under food. Although batherooms, kitchens etc the advantages of easly being able to clean up and water proofing out wieght it.
